4. Intake Air Splash Shield (2) » Remove

5. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Bolt (1) @ Upper Tie Bar » Remove [4x]
6. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace (2) @ Upper Tie Bar » Remove [2x]

7. Radiator Air Upper Baffle (2) » Remove

8. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut (1) » Remove
9. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler » Reposition
10. Cap the fittings and plug the holes when removing the transmission fluid cooler pipes.
11. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Seal (3) » Remove and DISCARD

13. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Bolt (1) » Remove
14. Accessory Wiring Junction Block (2) » Reposition

15. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut (1) » Remove
16. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler » Reposition
17. Cap the fittings and plug the holes when removing the transmission fluid cooler pipes.
18. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Seal (3) » Remove and DISCARD

Note

After removing the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler bracket bolt, slide the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler (1) to the right side of the vehicle to disengage the tab on the left side of the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Once the tab has been disengaged, maneuver the transmission auxiliary fluid cooler out the top.

20. Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler (1) » Remove Installation Procedure

Note

Maneuver the transmission auxiliary fluid cooler (1) and slide the tab on the left side of the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler to the left side of the vehicle to install.

2. Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bracket Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

3. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Seal (3) » Install NEW

4. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler » Install

5. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

6. Accessory Wiring Junction Block (2) » Install

7. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

8. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) » Install [2x]

9. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Fitting Seal (3) » Install NEW

10. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler » Install

11. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

12. Radiator Air Upper Baffle (2) » Install

13. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace (2) @ Upper Tie Bar » Install [2x]

14. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Bolt (1) @ Upper Tie Bar » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

15. Intake Air Splash Shield (2) » Install

16. Intake Air Baffle Retainer (1) » Install [9x]

17. Hood Secondary Latch Release Handle (2) » Install

18. Hood Latch Actuator Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

19. Check the transmission fluid level. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check

20. Inspect for transmission fluid leaks. Fluid Leak Diagnosis
