Knock Sensor 2 Replacement

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

  1. Starter Heat Shield Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]

  1. Starter Heat Shield Bolt (1) » Remove
  2. Starter Heat Shield (2) » Remove
  3. Disconnect the knock sensor electrical connector.

  1. Knock Sensor Bolt (1) » Remove

  2. Knock Sensor (2) » Remove Installation Procedure

  3. Knock Sensor (2) » Install

  1. Knock Sensor Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications
  2. Connect the knock sensor electrical connector.

  1. Starter Heat Shield (2) » Install

  2. Starter Heat Shield Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  3. Starter Heat Shield Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  4. Lower the vehicle.
