DTC Descriptors DTC B19F2 49 Heated Steering Wheel Module - Internal Malfunction Circuit/System Description The heated steering wheel module controls the heated steering wheel and the heated steering wheel ON indicator based on an input from the heated steering wheel switch. When the heated steering wheel switch is pressed, the switch signal circuit is pulled to ground. This indicates to the heated steering wheel module that steering wheel heat is requested. When the request is seen, the heated steering wheel module supplies voltage to the indicator lamp and supplies voltage to the heated elements, which are internal to the steering wheel.   1. Ignition ON
  2. Verify DTC B1A4C or C10E8 are not set. ⇒ If DTC B1A4C or C10E8 are set Refer to: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle ⇓ If DTC B1A4C or C10E8 are not set
  3. Verify DTC B19F2 is not set. ⇒ If the DTC is set Replace the K32 Heated Steering Wheel Module ⇓ If the DTC is not set
  4. All OK. Repair Instructions Perform the Diagnostic Repair Verification after completing the repair. Control Module References for control module replacement, programming and setup.
