  1. Front Bumper Fascia (2) » Remove — Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1).

  1. Remove the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1).

  1. Release the front headlamp guide pin from the front bumper fascia guide (1).
  2. Remove the right and left side headlamps (2).
  3. Release the wiring harness retaining tabs.
  4. Disconnect all electrical connectors.

  1. Loosen the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nut (1).
  2. Remove the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolt (2).

  1. Pull the front bumper fascia upper stiffener (1) up and out over the stud.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector and reposition wiring harness.

  1. Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) » Remove [9x]
  2. Front Bumper Shutter (2) » Remove

  1. Front Grille Support Bracket Bolt (1) » Remove [4x]
  2. Front Grille Support Reinforcement (2) » Remove

  1. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt (1) @ Headlamp Bracket » Remove [2x]

  1. Headlamp Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]

  2. Headlamp Bracket (2) » Remove Installation Procedure

  3. Headlamp Bracket (2) » Remove

  1. Headlamp Bolt (1) » Remove [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  2. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt (1) @ Headlamp Bracket » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  3. Front Grille Support Reinforcement (2) » Install

  4. Front Grille Support Bracket Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

  5. Front Bumper Shutter (2) » Install

  6. Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [9x] — Fastener Specifications

  7. Connect the electrical connectors and install wiring harness.

  8. Front Bumper Fascia Upper Stiffener (1) » Install

  9. Install and tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolt (2). Fastener Specifications

  10. Tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nut (1). Fastener Specifications

  1. Connect all electrical connectors.
  2. Secure the wiring harness retaining tab.
  3. Install the right and left side headlamps (2).
  4. Secure the front headlamp guide pin to the front bumper fascia guide (1).
  1. Install the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1). Fastener Specifications

  1. Install the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1). Fastener Specifications

  2. Front Bumper Fascia (2) » Install — Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
