Rear Seat Removal and Installation (Bucket)

Removal Procedure

  1. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  2. Pull upward from both sides of the rear side door sill garnish molding (1) to disengage retaining clips front to rear.

  1. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  2. Rear Seat Track Front Outboard Cover (1) » Remove

  1. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  2. Rear Seat Track Front Inboard Cover (1) » Remove

  1. Place the rear seat in the fold and tumble position.
  2. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  3. Rear Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover (1) » Remove

  1. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  2. Rear Seat Track Rear Inboard Cover - Inboard (1) » Remove

  1. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  2. Rear Seat Track Rear Inboard Cover - Outboard (1) » Remove

  1. Rear Seat Bolt (1) » Remove [4x]

  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  3. Release the wiring harness retainer.

  4. Return the rear seat to the original position.

  5. Rear Seat (2) » Remove Installation Procedure

  6. Rear Seat (2) » Install

  7. Connect the electrical connector.

  8. Install the wiring harness retainer.

  9. Position the seat as necessary to access the seat bolts.

  1. Rear Seat Bolt (1) » Install and tighten in sequence [4x] — Fastener Specifications

  2. Place the rear seat in the fold and tumble position.

  3. Rear Seat Track Rear Inboard Cover - Outboard (1) » Install

  4. Rear Seat Track Rear Inboard Cover - Inboard (1) » Install

  5. Rear Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover (1) » Install

  6. Return the rear seat to the original position.

  7. Rear Seat Track Front Inboard Cover (1) » Install

  8. Rear Seat Track Front Outboard Cover (1) » Install

  9. Rear Side Door Sill Garnish Molding (1) » Install
