Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement (with Front Floor Speaker) Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front floor console. Front Floor Console Removal and Installation

2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
3. Radio Front Floor Speaker Nut - Front (1) » Loosen [2x]
4. Radio Front Floor Speaker Nut - Rear (1) » Remove [2x]
5. Lift and slide the front floor speaker (2) rearward from the 2 front studs to remove.

6. Floor Rear Air Outlet Duct Adapter - Left Side (1) » Remove

7. Floor Rear Air Outlet Duct Adapter - Right Side (1) » Remove

8. Starting at the rear of the front side door sill garnish molding (1) pull upward at the b-pillar joint to disengage the garnish molding.
9. Work your way forward disengaging all the front side door sill garnish molding retaining clips and then pull rearward to disengage the 2 retaining clips on the forward vertical wall.
10. Front Side Door Sill Garnish Molding (1) » Remove [2x]

11. Floor Carpet Retainer - Left Side (1) » Remove

12. Floor Carpet Retainer - Right Side (1) » Remove

13. Floor Carpet Retainer Button (1) » Remove

14. Front Floor Panel Carpet (2) » Remove Installation Procedure

15. Front Floor Panel Carpet (2) » Install

16. Floor Carpet Retainer Button (1) » Install

17. Floor Carpet Retainer - Right Side (1) » Install

18. Floor Carpet Retainer - Left Side (1) » Install

19. Starting at the front of the front side door sill garnish molding (1) engage the 2 retaining clips on the forward vertical wall.

20. Work your way rearward engaging all the front side door sill garnish molding retaining clips.

21. Front Side Door Sill Garnish Molding (1) » Install [2x]

22. Floor Rear Air Outlet Duct Adapter - Right Side (1) » Install

23. Floor Rear Air Outlet Duct Adapter - Left Side (1) » Install

24. Front Floor Speaker (2) » Install

Caution

Refer to Fastener Caution.

11. Radio Front Floor Speaker Nut - Rear (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications
12. Radio Front Floor Speaker Nut - Front (1) » Tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications
13. Connect the electrical connector.
14. Install the front floor console. Front Floor Console Removal and Installation
