1. Reposition the seat as necessary.
2. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the two rear seat anchor plate bezel plastic retainers.

4. Unzip the left and right rear seat back cover zippers.
5. Reposition the rear seat back cover, pad, J-channel retainers, and retainers as necessary.
6. Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, open the rear seat head restraint cable cover (1).
7. Release the rear seat head restraint cable (2).

8. Raise the rear seat head restraint to gain access to the rear seat head restraint guide bezels.

9. Twist the rear seat head restraint guide bezels (1) counter clockwise while lifting the bezels upward onto the head restraint adjuster rod.

10. Using a suitable pointed or flat bladed tool, push the rear seat head restraint guide clip (2)  rearward while pulling upward on the rear seat head restraint (3).

11. Rear Seat Head Restraint (3) » Remove

12. Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide Bezel (1) » Remove [2x] Installation Procedure

13. Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide Bezel (1) » Install [2x]

14. Rear Seat Head Restraint (3) » Install

15. Install the rear seat head restraint cable (2).

16. Close the rear seat head restraint cable cover (1).

17. Position the rear seat back cover, pad, J-channel retainers, and retainers to the original location.

18. Zip the left and right rear seat back cover zippers.

19. Rear Seat Anchor Plate Bezel (1) » Install

20. Return the seat to its original position.
