Removal Procedure

  1. Front Bumper Fascia (2) » Remove — Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1).

  1. Remove the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1).

  1. Release the front headlamp guide pins from the front bumper fascia guides (1).
  2. Remove the right and left side headlamps (2).
  3. Release the wiring harness retaining tabs.
  4. Disconnect all electrical connectors.

  1. Loosen the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nuts (1).
  2. Remove the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolts (2).

  1. Pull the front bumper fascia upper stiffener (1) up and out over the stud.

  1. Remove the left and right side outer front bumper shutter retainers (1).
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector and reposition wiring harness.

  1. Front Bumper Shutter Retainer (1) » Remove [3x]

  1. Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) » Remove [9x]
  2. Front Bumper Shutter (2) » Remove

  1. { If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) » Remove [3x]
  1. { If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) » Remove
  2. { If equipped } Disconnect the electrical connector.

  1. Reposition the wiring harness.
  2. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) » Remove [6x]
  3. Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) » Remove

  1. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) » Remove [2x]
  2. Radiator Air Baffle Bracket Upper Bolt (1) » Remove [4x]
  3. Radiator Air Baffle Bracket Lower Bolt (3) » Remove [2x]

  1. Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (4) » Remove [4x]
  2. Reposition the radiator air front lower baffle assembly (1) forward.
  3. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) » Remove [2x]
  4. Electrical Connector (3) » Disconnect
  5. Remove the radiator air front lower baffle assembly (1).

  1. Front Bumper Lower Shutter Bolt (1) » Remove [4x]

  2. Remove the front bumper lower shutter (2)  from the radiator air front lower baffle. Installation Procedure

  3. Install the front bumper lower shutter (2)  to the radiator air front lower baffle.

  1. Front Bumper Lower Shutter Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

  2. Move the radiator air front lower baffle assembly (1) into position.

  3. Electrical Connector (3) » Connect

  4. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) » Install [2x]

  5. Reposition the radiator air front lower baffle assembly (1) rearward.

  6. Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (4) » Install [4x]

  7. Radiator Air Baffle Bracket Lower Bolt (3) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  8. Radiator Air Baffle Bracket Upper Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

  9. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) » Install [2x]

  10. Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) » Install

  11. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications

  12. Install the wiring harness.

  13. { If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) » Install

  14. { If equipped } Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) » Install [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  15. { If equipped } Connect the electrical connector.

  16. Front Bumper Shutter (2) » Install

  17. Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [9x] — Fastener Specifications

  18. Front Bumper Shutter Retainer (1) » Install [3x]

  19. Connect the electrical connectors and install wiring harness.

  20. Install the left and right side outer front bumper shutter retainers (1).

  21. Front Bumper Fascia Upper Stiffener (1) » Install

  22. Install and tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolts (2). Fastener Specifications

  23. Tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nuts (1). Fastener Specifications

  1. Connect all electrical connectors.
  2. Secure the wiring harness retaining tabs.
  3. Install the right and left side headlamps (2).
  4. Secure the front headlamp guide pins to the front bumper fascia guides (1).
  1. Install the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1). Fastener Specifications
