1. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
2. Front Floor Console Lower Applique (1) » Remove

3. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
4. Front Floor Console Applique (1) » Remove

5. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
6. Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover (1) » Remove

7. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
8. Instrument Panel Trim Plate Applique (1) » Remove

9. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
10. Instrument Panel Center Trim Plate Applique (1) » Remove

11. Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (1) » Remove [6x]
12. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

Note

Use care not to bend or deform the thin area of the instrument panel trim pad.

13. Instrument Panel Trim Pad (2) » Remove
14. Disconnect the electrical connector.

15. Instrument Panel Compartment Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
16. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
17. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Outer Filler (2) » Remove

18. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Bolt (1) » Remove
19. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
20. Instrument Panel Lower Center Trim Plate Applique (2) » Remove

21. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
22. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel (1) » Remove

23. Instrument Panel Compartment Bolt (1) » Remove [10x]

25. Remove the electrical wiring harness retainer (2), and position the electrical wiring harness aside.

26. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (3) » Remove [2x]

27. Temperature Valve Actuator - Right Side (4) » Remove

28. Disconnect the electrical connector. (1) Installation Procedure

29. Connect the electrical connector. (1)

30. Temperature Valve Actuator - Right Side (4) » Install

Caution

Refer to Fastener Caution.

3. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (3) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

4. Return the electrical wiring harness back to its original routing, and install the electrical wiring harness retainer (2).

5. Instrument Panel Compartment (1) » Install

6. Instrument Panel Compartment Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [10x] — Fastener Specifications

7. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel (1) » Install

8. Instrument Panel Lower Center Trim Plate Applique (2) » Install

9. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

10. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Outer Filler (2) » Install

11. Instrument Panel Compartment Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

12. Connect the electrical connector.

13. Instrument Panel Trim Pad (2) » Install

14. Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications

15. Instrument Panel Center Trim Plate Applique (1) » Install

16. Instrument Panel Trim Plate Applique (1) » Install

17. Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover (1) » Install

18. Front Floor Console Applique (1) » Install

19. Front Floor Console Lower Applique (1) » Install
