Assist Step Rear Finish Cap Replacement (B3L)

Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.

  1. Assist Step Finish Cap Bolt (1) » Remove

  1. Disengage the retaining tabs (2), from the slots (1) in the assist step.

  2. Assist Step Rear Finish Cap (3) » Remove Installation Procedure

  3. Engage the retaining tabs (2), to the slots (1) in the assist step.

  4. Assist Step Rear Finish Cap (3) » Install

  1. Assist Step Finish Cap Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications
  2. Lower the vehicle.
