Removal Procedure

Front Seat Adjuster Lower Finish Cover Replacement — figure 1

1. Reposition the seat as necessary to access the bolts.
2. Front Seat Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
3. Squeeze the front seat cushion outer finish cover retainer to release it from the seat frame.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
5. Lift the front seat cushion outer finish cover (2) to release it from the front seat cushion cover wire retainer.

Caution

The adjuster switch bezel is attached to both the seat frame and the outer finish cover. Use care when removing the outer finish cover to avoid breaking the retaining tabs.

7. Front Seat Bolt (1) » Remove

8. Front Seat Adjuster Lower Finish Cover (2) » Remove Installation Procedure

9. Front Seat Adjuster Lower Finish Cover (2) » Install

Caution

Refer to Fastener Caution.

2. Front Seat Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

3. Connect the electrical connectors.

4. Front Seat Cushion Outer Finish Cover (2) » Install

5. Front Seat Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

6. Return the seat to its original position.
