  2. { If equipped } Temperature Valve Actuator - Right Side (2) » Remove
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  1. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  2. { If equipped } Temperature Valve Actuator - Right Side » Install

  3. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  4. Connect the electrical connector.

  5. { If equipped } Front Floor Console Auxiliary Cooling Duct (2) » Install

  6. { If equipped } Front Floor Console Auxiliary Cooling Duct Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  7. Air Inlet Housing (1) » Install

  8. Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2) » Install

  9. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  10. Heater And Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Seal (2) » Install

  11. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Bracket (1) » Install

  12. Air Conditioning Evaporator Seal - Large (4) » Install NEW

  13. Air Conditioning Evaporator Seal - Small (3) » Install NEW

  14. Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve (2) » Install

  15. Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  16. Air Inlet Housing Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  17. Connect the electrical connector.

  18. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module » Install — Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation
