  1. Ignition » On / Vehicle » In Service Mode
  2. Verify there are no DTCs set related to the following component/system: – B17 Barometric Pressure Sensor – B75C Multifunction Intake Air Sensor – B154 Diesel Particulate Filter Exhaust Differential Pressure Sensor – Q14 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve ⇒ If a related DTC is set Refer to: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle ⇓ If a related DTC is not set
  3. Verify the following conditions do not exist: Exhaust System — Leaking / Loose Clamps / Restricted / Visible Damage Hoses / Lines @ B154 Diesel Particulate Filter Exhaust Differential Pressure Sensor — Blocked / Kinked / Leaking / Missing / Restricted / Visible Damage ⇒ If a condition exists Repair or replace as necessary ⇓ If no condition exists
  4. Perform the following procedure/test: DPF Service Regeneration » Refer to: Particulate Filter Service Regeneration ⇒ If the procedure was not successful Replace the component: Diesel Particulate Filter ⇓ If the procedure was successful
  5. All OK. Repair Instructions Perform the Diagnostic Repair Verification after completing the repair: Diagnostic Repair Verification Nitrogen Oxides Catalytic Converter Replacement — With Particulate Filter Perform the scan tool function: DPF Reset
