Front Fender Insulator Replacement

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

  1. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) » Remove [3x]

  1. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) » Remove [3x]

  1. Reposition the rear half of the front wheelhouse liner (1).

  1. Front Fender Insulator Retainer (1) » Remove

  2. Pull the front fender insulator (2) down and out from the front fender. Installation Procedure

  3. Front Fender Insulator (2) » Install

  4. Front Fender Insulator Retainer (1) » Install

  5. Front Wheelhouse Liner (1) » Install

  1. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  2. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  3. Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
