Front Bumper Upper Fascia Replacement (with LM2)

Removal Procedure

  1. Front Bumper Fascia (2) » Remove — Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
  2. Disconnect all electrical connectors.
  3. Remove the wiring harness.

  1. Front Bumper Fascia Reinforcement Bolt (1) » Remove [6x]
  2. Remove the left and right side front bumper fascia reinforcements (2).

  1. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (1) » Remove [10x]
  2. Front Bumper Fascia Outer Air Duct (2) » Remove

  1. Front Bumper Fascia Lower Bracket Bolt (1) » Remove [3x]
  2. Front Bumper Filler Retainer (2) Remove [2x]
  3. Front Grille Filler (3) » Remove

  1. Remove the 4 left and right side front side marker lamp retainers (2).
  2. Remove the left and right side front side marker lamps (3).

  1. Lift the locking tabs on the housing and remove the 4 parking assist alarm sensors (1).

  1. Release the clips with a suitable tool.
  2. Release the retaining tabs.
  3. Front Grille (1) » Remove

  1. Front Grille Clip (1) » Remove [8x]
  2. Release the retainers and remove the front lower grille (2).

  1. Release the tabs on the lower fascia and carefully remove the front bumper upper fascia (1)  from the front bumper lower fascia. Installation Procedure

  2. Install the front bumper upper fascia (1) to the front bumper lower fascia.

  3. Install the front lower grille and secure the retainers.

  4. Front Grille Clip (1) » Install [8x]

  5. Front Grille (1) » Install

  1. Insert the 4 parking assist alarm sensors (1) into the housings.

  2. Install the left and right side front side marker lamps (3).

  3. Install the 2 left and right side front side marker lamp retainers (2).

  4. Front Grille Filler (3) » Install

  5. Front Bumper Filler Retainer (2) Install [2x]

  6. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  7. Install the left and right side front bumper fascia outer air duct (2).

  1. Install and tighten the 5 left and right side front bumper fascia bolts (2). Fastener Specifications

  2. Install the left and right side front bumper fascia reinforcements (2).

  3. Install and tighten the 3 left and right side front bumper fascia reinforcement bolts (2). Fastener Specifications

  4. Install the wiring harness.

  5. Connect all electrical connectors.

  6. Front Bumper Fascia (2) » Install — Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
