Rear Side Door Upper Hinge and Lower Hinge Replacement Removal Procedure

1. Mark the location of the upper hinge before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.

Note

Keep the door in the closed position and replace only one hinge at a time.

2. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) » Remove [2x]
3. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) » Remove [2x]
4. Rear Side Door Upper Hinge (3) » Remove
5. Mark the location of the lower hinge before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.

6. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) » Remove [2x]

7. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) » Remove [2x]

8. Rear Side Door Lower Hinge (3) » Remove Installation Procedure

9. Rear Side Door Lower Hinge (3) » Install

2. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

3. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

4. Rear Side Door Upper Hinge (3) » Install

5. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

6. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

7. Inspect the door for proper operation and alignment.

8. If necessary, adjust the rear side door. Rear Side Door Adjustment
