  1. Place the rear seat armrest in the full down position.
  2. Rear Seat Back Opening Finish Cover Retainer (1) » Remove [2x]
  3. Push down on the rear seat armrest mount panel (2) then pull outward and upward to release the retaining tabs.

  1. Rear Seat Riser Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
  2. Rear Seat Armrest (2) » Remove

  1. Rear Seat Center Belt Anchor Plate Bolt (1) » Remove
  2. Rear Seat Belt Buckle (2) » Reposition
  3. Reposition the rear seat center belt and anchor plate (3) as needed.

  1. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining tabs.
  2. Slide the rear seat center belt through the rear seat center belt opening bezel (1).

  1. Reposition the rear seats as necessary.
  2. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the two rear seat anchor plate bezel plastic retainers.

  1. Unzip the left and right rear seat back cover zippers.
  2. Reposition the rear seat back cover, pad, J-channel retainers, and retainers as necessary.
  3. Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, open the rear seat head restraint cable cover (1).
  4. Release the rear seat head restraint cable (2).

  1. Twist the rear seat head restraint guide bezels (1) counter clockwise while lifting the bezels upward onto the head restraint adjuster rod.
  2. Using a suitable pointed or flat bladed tool, push the rear seat head restraint guide clip (2)  rearward while pulling upward on the rear seat head restraint (3).

  1. Feed the rear seat center belt through the opening in the rear seat back cover and pad (1).

  2. Remove the rear seat back cover and pad (1) as an assembly. Installation Procedure

  3. Install the rear seat back cover and pad (1) as an assembly.

  4. Feed the rear seat center belt through the opening in the rear seat back cover and pad (1).

  5. Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide Bezel (1) » Install [2x]

  6. Rear Seat Head Restraint (3) » Install

  1. Install the rear seat head restraint cable (2).

  2. Close the rear seat head restraint cable cover (1).

  3. Position the rear seat back cover, pad, J-channel retainers, and retainers to the original location.

  4. Zip the left and right rear seat back cover zippers.

  5. Rear Seat Anchor Plate Bezel (1) » Install

  6. Return the rear seats to their original positions.

  7. Slide the rear seat center belt through the rear seat center belt opening bezel (1).

  8. Rear Seat Center Belt Opening Bezel (1) » Install

  9. Position the rear seat center belt and anchor plate (3) to the original location.

  10. Rear Seat Belt Buckle (2) » Install

  1. Rear Seat Center Belt Anchor Plate Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  2. Rear Seat Armrest (2) » Install

  3. Rear Seat Riser Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  4. Rear Seat Armrest Mount Panel (2) » Install

  5. Rear Seat Back Opening Finish Cover Retainer (1) » Install

  6. Return the rear seat armrest to the original position.
