DTC Descriptor DTC B19B1 52 Radio System Not Active Symptom Byte List Circuit/System Description After a programming event, the radio monitors the programming result to determine if it was successful. Conditions for Running the DTC Battery voltage between 9–16 V Ignition ON, infotainment system ON Conditions for Setting the DTC The radio detects a programming event has failed. Conditions for Clearing the DTC The radio detects a programming event has passed.   1. Ignition On/Vehicle in Service Mode. Infotainment system ON.
  2. Verify DTC B19B1 is not set in the A11 Radio. ⇒ If DTC B19B1 is set in the A11 Radio Reprogram the radio refer to Control Module References 2.1. Verify DTC B19B1 is not set in the A11 Radio. ⇒ If DTC B19B1 is set in the A11 Radio Replace the A11 Radio ⇓ If DTC B19B1 is not set in the A11 Radio. All OK ⇓ If DTC B19B1 is not set in the A11 Radio
  3. All OK. Repair Instructions Perform the Diagnostic Repair Verification after completing the repair. Control Module References for Control Module replacement, programming, and setup
