  1. Hood Latch Actuator Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
  2. Hood Secondary Latch Release Handle (2) » Remove

  1. Intake Air Baffle Retainer (1) » Remove [9x]
  2. Intake Air Splash Shield (2) » Remove

  1. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
  2. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (2) » Remove
  3. Disconnect the hood primary latch release cable (3)  from the hood primary latch.
  4. Release the retainer under the tie bar and disconnect the electrical connector.

  1. Reposition the hood primary latch release cable (1)  from the upper tie bar.

  1. Front Bumper Fascia (2) » Remove — Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation

  1. Headlamp Bolt - Left Side and Right Side (1) » Remove [6x]

  1. Release the front headlamp guide pin from the front bumper fascia guide (1).
  2. Front Headlamp - Left Side and Right Side (2) » Remove [2x]
  3. Release the wiring harness retaining tab
  4. Disconnect all electrical connectors.

  1. Loosen the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nut (1).
  2. Remove the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolt (2).

  1. Pull the front bumper fascia upper stiffener (1) up and out over the stud.

  1. Ambient Air Temperature Sensor (1) » Remove
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector. (2)

  1. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Bolt (1) » Remove [4x]
  2. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace @ Upper Tie Bar (2) » Remove [2x]

  1. Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) » Remove

  1. Horn Nut (1) » Remove
  2. Dual Horn (2) » Remove
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  1. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt (1) » Remove [3x]

  2. Disconnect the wiring harness retainers and reposition the harness as necessary.

  1. Front End Upper Tie Bar (1) » Remove Installation Procedure

  2. Front End Upper Tie Bar (1) » Install

  3. Connect the wiring harness retainers and position the harness as necessary.

  1. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  2. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  3. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  4. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [3x] — Fastener Specifications

  5. Connect the electrical connector.

  6. Dual Horn (2) » Install

  7. Horn Nut (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

  8. Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) » Install

  9. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace @ Upper Tie Bar (2) » Install [2x]

  10. If NEW threaded components are being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded components are reused, prepare the threaded components using the following steps: 12.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the components using a lint free cloth. 12.2. Thread the cleaned components into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 12.3. Apply thread locking adhesive to the external threads of the components. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 12.4. Ensure there are no gaps in the thread locking adhesive once applied to the component.

  11. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

  12. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace @ Radiator (2) » Install [2x]

  13. If NEW threaded components are being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded components are reused, prepare the threaded components using the following steps: 15.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the components using a lint free cloth. 15.2. Thread the cleaned components into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 15.3. Apply thread locking adhesive to the external threads of the components. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 15.4. Ensure there are no gaps in the thread locking adhesive once applied to the component.

  14. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

  15. Intake Air Duct (2) » Install

  16. Intake Air Duct Retainer (1) » Install

  17. Headlamp Bracket - Left Side and Right Side (2) » Install [2x]

  18. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt - Left Side and Right Side (1) @ Headlamp Bracket » Install and tighten [8x] — Fastener Specifications

  19. Front Grille Support Reinforcement (2) » Install

  20. Front Grille Support Bracket Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [4x] — Fastener Specifications

  21. Front Bumper Shutter (2) » Install

  22. Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [9x] — Fastener Specifications

  23. Front Bumper Shutter Retainer (1) » Install [3x]

  1. Connect the electrical connectors and install wiring harness.

  2. Install the left and right side outer front bumper shutter retainer (1).

  3. Connect the electrical connector. (2)

  4. Ambient Air Temperature Sensor (1) » Install

  5. Front Bumper Fascia Upper Stiffener (1) » Install

  6. Install and tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolt (2). Fastener Specifications

  7. Tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nut (1). Fastener Specifications

  8. Connect all electrical connectors.

  9. Secure the wiring harness retaining tab.

  10. Secure the front headlamp guide pin to the front bumper fascia guide (1).

  11. Front Headlamp - Left Side and Right Side (2) » Install [2x]

  12. Headlamp Bolt - Left Side and Right Side (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications

  13. Headlamp Bolt - Left Side and Right Side (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications

  14. Front Bumper Fascia (2) » Install — Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation

  15. After installation, aim the front headlamps. Front Headlamp Aiming

  16. Reposition the hood primary latch release cable (1)  from the upper tie bar.

  17. Hood Primary Latch Release Cable (3) » Install

  18. Install the retainer under the tie bar and connect the electrical connector.

  19. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (2) » Install

  20. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  21. Intake Air Splash Shield (2) » Install

  22. Intake Air Baffle Retainer (1) » Install [9x]

  23. Hood Secondary Latch Release Handle (2) » Install

  24. Hood Latch Actuator Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications
