  1. Auxiliary Heater and Air Conditioning Wiring Harness (1) » Remove
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  1. Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Case Bolt (1) » Remove [7x]
  2. Rear Programmable Mode Valve Actuator (2) » Remove
  3. Auxiliary Blower Motor (3) » Remove
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector. (4)
  5. Rear Programmable Temperature Valve Actuator (5) » Remove

  2. Blower Motor Control Module (2) » Remove

  1. Auxiliary Heater Air Outlet Duct Seal (1) » Remove

  2. Air Distributor Seal (2) » Remove

  3. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper Case (3) @ Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case (4) » Remove Installation Procedure

  4. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper Case (3) @ Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case (4) » Install

  5. Air Distributor Seal (2) » Install

  6. Auxiliary Heater Air Outlet Duct Seal (1) » Install

  1. Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Case Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [8x] — Fastener Specifications

  2. Blower Motor Control Module (2) » Install

  3. Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Case Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

  4. Rear Programmable Temperature Valve Actuator (5) » Install

  5. Connect the electrical connector. (4)

  6. Auxiliary Blower Motor (3) » Install

  7. Rear Programmable Mode Valve Actuator (2) » Install

  8. Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Case Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [7x] — Fastener Specifications

  9. Auxiliary Heater and Air Conditioning Wiring Harness (1) » Install

  10. Disconnect the electrical connector.
