1. Front Center Seat (3) » Remove — Front Center Seat Removal and Installation

2. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
3. Front Seat Center Armrest Hinge Finish Cover - Upper (1) » Remove [2x]

4. Front Seat Center Armrest Pivot Bolt (1) » Remove
5. Front Seat Armrest Adjust Retainer Bolt (2) » Remove
6. Front Seat Armrest Adjust Retainer (3) » Remove

7. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the front seat center armrest hinge finish cover - lower retaining clips.

Note

Seat belt retaining bushings are for manufacturing purposes only.

8. Remove and DISCARD seat belt retaining bushings.
9. Front Seat Center Belt Buckle » Remove
10. Front Seat Center Belt Anchor Plate » Remove
11. Front Seat Center Armrest Hinge Finish Cover - Lower (1) » Remove [2x]

12. Disconnect the latch release cable.
13. Front Seat Center Armrest Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
14. Front Center Seat Armrest (2) » Remove

15. Front Seat Cushion Center Pad Pivot Bolt (1) » Remove
16. Front Seat Cushion Center Pad (2) » Remove

17. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
18. Front Seat Center Armrest Hinge Finish Inner Cover (1) » Remove

19. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
20. Pull upward on the front seat back rear center cover (1) to disengage the lower retainers.
21. Disconnect the electrical connectors as necessary.
22. Front Seat Back Rear Center Cover (1) » Remove

23. From the underside of the front center seat, depress the six front seat stowage compartment  (1) retaining tabs while lifting the upwards to release the compartment from the seat frame.
24. { If equipped } Electrical Connector » Disconnect
25. Front Seat Stowage Compartment (1) » Remove

26. Pull outward on the side of the front seat cushion center cover (1) to release the retaining clips from the seat frame.
27. Pull the front seat cushion center cover (1) forward to release the remaining retaining clips.

29. Front Seat Back Latch Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]

31. Front Seat Center Storage Compartment Bolt (1) » Remove
32. Front Seat Cushion Pad Center Support (2) » Remove

34. Transfer components as necessary. Installation Procedure

35. Front Seat Cushion Center Frame (1) » Install

36. Front Seat Cushion Pad Center Support (2) » Install

Caution

Refer to Fastener Caution.

3. Front Seat Center Storage Compartment Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

4. Front Seat Back Latch (2) » Install

5. If NEW threaded components are being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded components are reused, prepare the threaded components using the following steps: 5.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the components using a lint free cloth. 5.2. Thread the cleaned components into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 5.3. Apply thread locking adhesive to the external threads of the components. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 5.4. Ensure there are no gaps in the thread locking adhesive once applied to the component.

6. Front Seat Back Latch Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

7. Front Seat Cushion Center Cover (1) » Install

8. Front Seat Stowage Compartment (1) » Install

9. { If equipped } Electrical Connector » Connect

10. Connect the electrical connectors as necessary.

11. Front Seat Back Rear Center Cover (1) » Install

12. Front Seat Center Armrest Hinge Finish Inner Cover (1) » Install

13. Front Seat Cushion Center Pad (2) » Install

14. If a NEW threaded component is being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded component is reused, prepare the threaded component using the following steps: 14.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the component using a lint free cloth. 14.2. Thread the cleaned component into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive. 14.3. Apply thread locking adhesive to the external threads of the component. 15. Front Seat Cushion Center Pad Pivot Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

16. Front Center Seat Armrest (2) » Install

17. Front Seat Center Armrest Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

18. Connect the latch release cable.

19. Front Seat Center Armrest Hinge Finish Cover - Lower (1) » Install [2x]

20. Front Seat Center Belt Anchor Plate » Install

21. Front Seat Center Belt Buckle » Install

22. Front Seat Armrest Adjust Retainer (3) » Install

23. Front Seat Armrest Adjust Retainer Bolt (2) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

24. If a NEW threaded component is being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded component is reused, prepare the threaded component using the following steps: 24.1. Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the component using a lint free cloth. 24.2. 25. Front Seat Center Armrest Pivot Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

26. Front Seat Center Armrest Hinge Finish Cover - Upper (1) » Install [2x]

27. Front Center Seat (3) » Install — Front Center Seat Removal and Installation
