1. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
2. Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover (1) » Remove

3. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
4. Instrument Panel Trim Plate Applique (1) » Remove

5. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
6. Instrument Panel Center Trim Plate Applique (1) » Remove

7. Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (1) » Remove [6x]
8. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
9. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Note

Use care not to bend or deform the thin area of the instrument panel trim pad.

10. Instrument Panel Trim Pad (2) » Remove

11. Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Bolt (1) » Remove [6x]
12. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
13. Instrument Panel Transmission Shift Opening Cover (2) » Remove

14. Release the retaining tabs.

15. Hazard Warning Switch (1) » Remove Installation Procedure

16. Hazard Warning Switch (1) » Install

17. Ensure the retaining tabs have fully secured.

18. Connect the electrical connectors.

19. Instrument Panel Transmission Shift Opening Cover (2) » Install

Caution

Refer to Fastener Caution.

5. Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications

6. Connect the electrical connector.

7. Instrument Panel Trim Pad (2) » Install

8. Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [6x] — Fastener Specifications

9. Instrument Panel Center Trim Plate Applique (1) » Install

10. Instrument Panel Trim Plate Applique (1) » Install

11. Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover (1) » Install
