2. Hood Latch Actuator Bolt (1) » Remove [2x]
3. Hood Secondary Latch Release Handle (2) » Remove

4. Intake Air Baffle Retainer (1) » Remove [9x]
5. Intake Air Splash Shield (2) » Remove
6. Oil Filler Cap » Remove

7. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) » Remove
8. Intake Manifold Cover (2) » Remove
9. Install the oil filler cap after removal of the intake manifold cover to prevent debris from falling into the engine.

24. Reposition the front portion of the right front wheelhouse liner toward the rear of the vehicle.

30. Move the front portion of the right front wheelhouse liner into position.

10. Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1) » Engage — Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

11. Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) @ Reductant Fluid Injector » Install

12. Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Connector Clamp (1) » Engage — Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

13. Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clip (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan Rear Shroud » Install [2x]

18. Oil Filler Cap » Remove

19. Intake Manifold Cover (2) » Install

20. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) » Install and tighten — Fastener Specifications

21. Oil Filler Cap » Install

22. Intake Air Splash Shield (2) » Install

23. Intake Air Baffle Retainer (1) » Install [9x]

24. Hood Secondary Latch Release Handle (2) » Install

25. Hood Latch Actuator Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] — Fastener Specifications

26. Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling

27. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
